DVD replication is the manufacturing process that essentially copies your original master. The replication process begins by making a stamper from your DVD master. The stamper is then mounted into an injection mold machine, polycarbonate plastic is then injected into the mold under high pressure and once the molding is complete, a reflective coating and a protective coating is applied to the disc. Then the disc is spun at a very high speed to distribute the coating, which is then sealed under ultraviolet light. The final disc is quality controlled and ready for print.
We offer three formats for DVD:
Our printing process allows you to use up to 6 colors. We print using state-of-the-art screen or off-set printers. UV cured inks allow an extremely high quality, durable label to be added to any DVD. Off-set print can be done at a 175-line screen which closely resembles printing on paper with no texture. Don’t be fooled by other manufacturers. Our printing department offers the finest print in the industry! With over 50 years of combined experience, we can assure that you will receive end-to-end color and image integrity.
