Why is there no pricing for your services on the website?
We do not advertise our prices to help protect our resellers. Prices are also adjustable depending on volume or number of titles. Feel free to call us @ 800.337.0709 to get a very competitive quote over the phone.
What is the difference between duplication and replication?
Duplication is a burned process like what you would do at home with your personal burner. Replication is an injection molded process where the disc is stamped similar to what you would find when buying your next blockbuster movie.
What is your standard turn-around time?
Our standard turn-around time is 7-10 business days. We thrive on hitting deadlines and have a specialty with rush orders.
What kind of master do you accept for DVD?
We can accept your master in DVD-R, DVD+R, DLT and USB hard drive formats.
Do you offer security protection for DVD?
We use CSS encryption for DVD protection and AACS encryption for HD-DVD. This will prevent illegal copying of your DVD.
In what format should I send my artwork?
We can accept almost all formats, psd. eps. tiff. jpg. pdfx. qxd. ind., etc.
Should I supply fonts?
Yes, please supply all fonts for output. You can also outline all fonts to make things easier.
What resolution should I supply my images or files?
Make sure all artwork is in high resolution, at least 300 dpi. This will give you the finest in image quality.
Should I save my file as CMYK or RGB?
CMYK for a four-color process and RGB for Pantone colors.
How do I send in masters or artwork?
Please make sure an actual pre-tested master be sent directly to us using USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc. or drop off at our office. Artwork can be emailed or uploaded to our FTP site.
Do you have storage options for finished product?
We have a secured storage facilty to house customer inventory. Our pick-and-pack team can pull your product from our shelves and send it directly to your clients.
Can you handle product returns from my customers?
We can handle both direct mail and store returns from your clients.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Our fulfillment and distribution services are second to none. Whether direct mail fulfillment or multiple locations shipping, Disc Works can make sure it leaves and arrives within the time you requested. Tracking information is sent to you within 24 hours of shipment.
Can you ship blind coming from our company name and address?
All documents and shipping forms can be blind shipped showing your name and address as the shipper. Have your very own distribution company without the expenses!
What shipping options do I have?
UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or choose from one of our freight forwarders. With complete logistics worldwide, we can get your product delivered anywhere.
Do you have samples from your previous work, and if so, can you send them to me?
Samples of our work can be sent directly to your home or office. Please call and request them from our customer service team. Samples are a great way to tell if you are getting the best quality in the industry. Our samples speak for themselves.
Will I see a proof before printing begins?
We urge you to check all documents, art files and masters before submitting them. A PDF or digital proof will be supplied for approval before your order prints. See it for one last time on your computer before you see the finished product!
Can I get payment terms from your company?
Payment terms are 50% up front and 50% COD. Net terms can be given based on approved credit. Please see our "Getting Started Section" and send in your credit application.
Do I get discount for multiple titles?
Discount will be given based on numbers of titles and quantity per title.
